Pratiti helped us rebuild our Learning Management System and landing pages/website for school nutrition. We had created a makeshift system with a template website builder, but it was not customized for our industry. Pratiti worked with us to design and built a web application/software from the ground up that is tailor made to our specific industry needs, including: Aclearer interface, a knowledge library, custom quizzes, complex compliance reports, user permissions, and seamless user migration. Training video player that is accessible within a couple of clicks of logging in. It makes training convenient for the school nutrition professionals we serve. It's like Netflix for school nutrition! An interactive quiz functionality ensures accessibility for all staff and supports tracking for USDA compliance purposes. The modern design caters to users of all ages.

Throughout our collaboration with Pratiti, their skills constantly impressed us. They perfectly handled the redesign of our system and equipped it with new functionalities. The team consists of exceptional software engineers, great communicators and fearless innovators. They are not afraid of feedback and quickly implement any changes needed. The team had always gone above and beyond to keep us up to date with the project's progress and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We highly recommend Pratiti as a software and business partner and look forward to continuing to work with them.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Responsiveness to feedback, frequent communication, innovative and skilled UX and UI design, high-quality code with very few bugs, and quick response rate when bug fixes were needed. Great project management and multiple checkpoints for customer care and attention.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

The only downside is the time zone differences, but that is a result of our global team (based in USA) working with the team at Pratiti in India. They were great about working around our time zones, but there is only so much you can do between two continents.
