Pro IT NW is a senior-led Microsoft consultancy serving the United States from Seattle. Founded in 2014, we specialize in three project
lanes: Microsoft 365 and hybrid Exchange migrations, VMware exit and server modernization, and identity, security and compliance (Entra
ID, Active Directory, CMMC, HIPAA, SOC 2).

We are labor-only — no resold hardware, no software margins, no vendor partner badges. Every engagement is led by a 30-year IT operator
working with a senior engineering bench, never juniors. That's a deliberate positioning choice: most MSPs make their money on resale
margin, which creates pressure to recommend the brand that pays best, not the brand that fits best. We charge for engineering hours,
period.

Typical work: tenant-to-tenant M&A merges, Copilot readiness, GCC High deployments, Active Directory tier-0 hardening, post-Broadcom
VMware exits, hybrid Exchange decommissioning, Server 2019/2022 modernization, and SharePoint/OneDrive implementation.

Engagement model: fixed-fee scope on a named engineer per SOW. No "we'll send whoever's available." US-only delivery, vendor-neutral
recommendations.
