PT Widigital Tri Buana

PT Widigital Tri Buana (WTB) is a Jakarta-based company founded in 2018. We build AI products and agentic systems that run in production, and we operate five of our own products in the Indonesian market:

• Pengacara-ku: AI legal research for Indonesian advocates and law firms, with 18,000+ indexed court decisions and answers that cite their sources.
• Klinova: a clinic information system for primary care and a UKMPPD exam preparation platform with 6,696 verified questions.
• Studio by WTB: social media content automation with Indonesian local context.
• TangkasAI: agentic AI training for corporate teams, taught by working practitioners.
• TriBuana Cloud: managed web and cloud, designed, built, then kept running.

Most enterprise AI projects stall at the experiment stage. The gap usually comes from skipped steps: system observability, audit trails, safety mechanisms, cost controls, and integration with internal systems. Our job is to close that gap.

Client work follows three stages. Discovery is a one-day engagement that maps where AI makes sense and where it does not. Phased deployment builds a system for one priority process under a single contract, with acceptance criteria agreed upfront. Managed Operations keeps the system monitored, updated, and supported. Scope and pricing are defined after an initial discussion.

Past delivery includes data services for an Indonesian technology group and a national e-commerce platform (price data collection, product matching, dashboards, periodic reports), learning content for a national online learning platform, LMS advisory for two ministries, and geospatial data pipelines published as interactive public maps.
