Client: Social media platforms are mainly for sharing posts with all people around the globe, and there is no private space for couples to collect their memories together. I have been thinking about the solution for many years to tackle this problem. So, the idea of an app Togeza came to life.

Challeges:
— Implementation of machine learning to have shared memories in the application;
— Keep privacy of accounts.

Solution:
— We applied the ML model to check for photos of a couple in their gallery and upload them to the shared album of the Togeza app.
— We decided to use subscriptions for relatives or close people by invitation so that it kept being private.

Result:
We analyzed the long-term project scope and removed several suggested unnecessary features from the client side that will not be trendy soon. Finally, Togeza is a social space for couples, where you can share media files and publications, collaboratively edit notes; set common goals; chat privately, and share content with the closest and dearest people.

Client: We had a very old system to control customer purchases, which had limited functionality within an inconvenient interface. Everything was working slowly and inefficiently. In addition, the market was becoming competitive with other companies that offer the same service. We knew that we had to do something to not lose in this "game," and we decided to develop an app for customers and a system to control. Ptolemay did an incredible job! A team's considerable experience helped us look at the app from different angles and create something new and attractive.

Challenge:
Slow and not stable internet in some branches of Tegen stores was a challenge for a platform to send data immediately to the server and work properly.

Solution:
We used Redis as a data store on the application side. On the checkout side, we created separate layers of data that we stored, eventually allowing us to store data in a buffer and send it when the Internet connection restores.

Result:
For three months, 10k customers downloaded the application. Using the app has become much more convenient since you do not need to carry a card; everything is at hand on your phone. The client is always updated with the latest news and promotions, increasing sales in a company's stores.

Client: Our company had a bot that helped manage lockers, but we found that the bot was not user-friendly. We worked on different ways to improve the bot and surveyed our customers. The results were noticeable, and we decided to create an app for LockerPost. Ptolemay did a great job! Now, it is easy for both users and our company to work with the app and manage processes.

Challenge:
Integration with the existing system and business solution.

Solution:

We implemented Sandbox, where we safely developed and tested all the functionality without harming the business processes.

Result:
The problem with any e-commerce business is the last mile. LockerPost is a cloud-based parcel locker solution in Turkey and Central Asia. Now it is enough to provide access to your cell and pick up the goods at any convenient time, in a convenient location.

Client: I had many ideas and a big desire to develop this ideas into my work. After the first consultation with Ptolemay, I decided I should start working on it. They explained to me all steps, and finally, they delivered a modern, user-friendly app with flexible functionality for users, allowing them to rent products safely. Now, I am happy with the Ranny app launch!

Challenges:

— We decided to develop a transparent system that tracks delivery status and files complaints if necessary.

— We analyzed cases of file complaints and refunds, so we came up with an idea to apply private chat. Chat opens for admin and those who conflict to discuss and solve a problem together.

Result:

Ranny is an unusual marketplace where people can't buy anything. However, they can rent and do it as conveniently and safely as possible. A flexible booking system, insurance, and many other features guarantee Ranny a leading position in the market.

Client: I have experienced logistics difficulties in my country on my own. It is not easy to find a shipping company that suits your requirements and provides fair prices written somewhere. I am sure we need a user-friendly platform for logistics companies and customers to connect. I worked with several companies to develop Fastago, but I was unsatisfied. When I contacted Ptolemay, the team directed me the right way with IT consulting, and I was surprised by their responsiveness. They are true professionals with transparency of work and availability 24/7 to answer all my questions.

Challenge:
Fastago has unique features, and tracking was essential to the project. Although google maps are viral for tracking, it has limited functionality, doesn't allow many requests daily, and is too expensive for a startup.

Solution:
OSM(Open Street Maps) was the most promising solution for the project. Applying it on a local server allowed us to add customized features and process as many client requests as needed, making it considerably cheaper for the client.

Result:
We connected all primary logistics services in 12 regions and achieved 35,000 deliveries per month through the platform during the first 3 months of launch. We also developed an ERP system for logistics companies to automate their processes and control customer orders.

Client: We came up with that idea a long time ago. Our society needs something to develop healthy habits since we lead a sedentary lifestyle. We analyzed several ways and found that people in the community perform better than those individually trying. We knew what we wanted and got it with the help of the Ptolemay team. The app meets all the requirements, and we enjoy using it.

Challenges: The client's goal was to add many animations to the visual side of an application to look attractive while ensuring that these animations work smoothly on all types of devices.

Solution: We analyzed several frameworks and decided Flutter was the best solution since the UX had to be the same on all device models. The problem with animation was also solved by reducing and optimizing the time for assembling and rendering elements. We achieved 16 milliseconds to play the animations.

Result: Reus is a community leader consolidation app for progressive work on critical human issues for a research university in the US. Researchers from all over the world could work together to develop solutions to improve the quality of life for people. Our team optimized all parts, and finally, Reus is the app for organizing community challenges to develop healthy habits; finding accredited medical centers by location; viewing the latest medical news.

Client: I came to Ptolemay with only an idea to make a marketplace, and I was not sure whether I could reach that goal or not. The goal of a client was to make smooth video stream playback. TikTok provides blazingly fast video scrolling, and the team's challenge was competing with that speed.

Solution:
We considered the idea of renting lots of servers to smooth the workflow. However, we analyzed that it is considerably difficult, expensive, and time-consuming. Finally, our team came up with the idea of integrating a service — Fastly, which enables us to boost video stream playback with minimum cost and effort.

Result:
By combining TikTok and Craigslist, we have the most interactive marketplace. The products take on a whole new dimension with Mitty and a video feed on the homepage.

Client: I work in the medical sphere and want to develop an app for evaluating services in med centers. When I started working with the Ptolemay team, they explained that I could apply this idea in many other spheres, not only in medicine. The client wanted to develop a cross-platform app that he could install on different platforms, and the main problem was a limited budget for purchasing appropriate equipment.

Solution:
We suggested developing on Flutter since it is at least 30% cheaper than native development. We reduced the load on the GPU by writing widgets and more complex algorithms and not using SaveLayer methods during the development Ultimately, it reduced the cost of purchasing equipment by 35%, making it possible to buy equipment in a larger quantity and reach higher turnovers.
