What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
What I appreciated the most was their customer support. They followed up for days, offered guidance on setup, and made sure I was comfortable using it. That kind of service really builds trust.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
There wasn’t much to dislike, but if I had to point out something, the delivery took a day longer than I expected. Not a big issue, but it’s the only thing that stood out.
