This application was developed/designed for the company Astrill VPN to handle customers' grievances. Through chats, customers would communicate with the CSR if in case of any problem. If no CSR was available at a particular time then the customers have to wait in queue till any CSR is available. CSR had few rights like exchanging texts, sharing media files, transferring chats to seniors, ending chats, and blocking users if needed. My role in this particular project was to develop the front end in angular and manage socket implementation in the angular front end and node backend.
