QueUp Software

QueUp Software (QUE UP d.o.o.) is a senior software studio based in Novi Pazar, in the Balkans, founded in 2024. Our five-person, senior-only team designs, builds and maintains websites, web shops, booking platforms, mobile apps and AI automation for clients across the Balkans, Europe and the US. Both founders lead every project, and there are no hand-offs between departments.

What we build: company websites and web shops (Shopify or custom); platforms, booking systems and SaaS; iOS and Android apps in React Native; AI and automation such as RAG agents and document extraction; modernization and data (cloud migration, ETL pipelines); and senior engineers embedded in your team for 6–18 months on a B2B contract. We choose the stack per project: Node.js, Python, Go, PHP, .NET and Azure, React, Next.js and React Native.

Selected work: ArmaPro, a four-language website for a structural engineering studio; Java Fashion, a Shopify menswear store we set up and maintain; RAG agents on Microsoft's internal cloud platform (via Akvelon); and a 1TB ETL migration that cut data latency from about 48 hours to near real-time (Performance Health, via ProfitOptics). We also run our own products: HalalBooker, an Umrah booking marketplace, and BaitulMal, donation tracking for non-profits.

How we work: a free 30-minute intro call with both founders, then a fixed proposal with scope, timeline and price in writing, weekly demos and code in your repositories from day one. Indicative prices start at €500 for a website or web shop, €2,000 for an AI pilot, €5,000 for a platform or mobile app, and €2,500/month for a senior engineer.
