R. Construction Solutions is a nationwide construction business consulting firm founded in 2017 and led by President Rowena Tulacz with over 30 years of hands-on construction industry experience. We help contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers across all 50 states streamline their operations, win more bids, and build sustainable businesses.

Our consulting practice is built around seven specialized service pillars: ConstructXcel for estimating infrastructure and controls, XpertHire for construction recruiting, MaximizeX for business coaching and consulting, CapitalXL for business development, ConneX for AEC network sourcing, ProceX for process improvement, and SocialXpress for CRM and social media marketing. We also operate a dedicated federal procurement division, the 5551 Pillar, helping construction businesses navigate SAM.gov registration, RFP writing, FAR compliance, and federal contract strategy.
