RadixTrie is a database specialist founded in 2019. We run production SQL Server, Oracle and PostgreSQL estates for organisations that do not have, or cannot keep, a senior database administrator of their own.

Everything is delivered by senior engineers. You deal directly with the person who knows your environment, around the clock, with no service desk and no escalation loops. Backups are proven by restoring them, recovery objectives are agreed with the business before any design, performance is tuned against the real workload, and version risk is tracked per instance so upgrades are planned before they become urgent.

Engagements usually start with an independent health check: configuration, capacity, security, backups and version risk, ending in a prioritised list of what to fix first. From there, most clients move to a fixed monthly retainer covering monitoring, maintenance, patching and on-call incident response, with response commitments we report against.

Access runs through the client's own VPN, bastion or jump host with named accounts and multi-factor authentication. We sign the client's data processing agreement and security schedule before any access is granted.

Vendor-neutral: we do not resell licences or hardware, so the advice is about the workload, not the licence.
