What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
What stood out most about Razom was their exceptional technical expertise and excellent communication. Their understanding of our needs and commitment to exceeding expectations made our collaboration highly effective and successful. Razom's blend of skill and client-focused approach was truly impressive.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
While Razom's expertise and communication were exceptional, the initial pace of implementation was measured. However, this deliberate approach ultimately contributed to the enhanced quality of the final product. A faster turnaround in the future could be beneficial, but it's clear that Razom's careful pace is a conscious choice to ensure the highest standard of work.

We are the go-to place for families of kids with autism to find the services they need. Our most popular offering is our directory, which helps families find ABA, speech, occupational, and other service providers.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
The Razom team always comes with a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset . Great communication - we're able to work through roadblocks quickly and collaboratively.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
As a healthcare company, we're going to need to be HIPAA compliant and the team has a little less experience with HIPAA regulations.
I really enjoy working with the team. They are always ready to solve problems urgently and are very involved in the process.

unfortunately, we are unable to hire a full-time web developer at the moment.
