I had a specific request that this website not be like everyone else's, but still have a classic and understandable structure. The Red Rocket team understood my vision and created a visual that was both strict and dreamy. They incorporated hand-drawn elements into the interface, which was exactly what I was looking for. From the very first meetings CEO of the company seemed very cooperative and inerested in fulfilling all the needs that I have outlined. Later on this approach have been supported be designers and developers. They really care about my new web-site to be modern, good-looking and efficient.

We started with wireframes, moodboards, user mapping, and then Red Rocket did web design, graphic design (brand book, packaging, business cards), and development. They also built a personalized customer account system, a birthday newsletter feature, and features for product personalization. Additionally, they developed an admin panel for easy management and selected a new brand color palette to better fit our positioning.

We worked closely with a team of about 7 people, including a project manager, UI/UX and graphic designers, web developers, and an SEO specialist. The team was responsive to our requests and questions. We were able to reach out straight to developers or communicate through project managers. The project was a success. Our website now boasts a 30% increase in time spent and a 20% decrease in bounce rate.

Red Rocket provided excellent development support building our consumer facing swipe to discover music app "Snobs". We used google cloud, firebase and flutter as our tech stack.

We worked on a website for an ESG startup throughout the first project. We used React JS as a programming technology, and Figma as a design tool. We communicate via Slack and Jira throughout the project.
