reforma.do is a web design studio in Ciudad Vieja, Montevideo, run by Alex Garshin, who has been building websites since 2000, first for small businesses and later as large systems for companies in Europe. We build websites for businesses in Uruguay and Argentina that load fast on a phone, show up on Google and send people straight to WhatsApp, in Spanish and English. A one-page website starts at USD 490 and takes about a week, and a full website with a page for each service and the Google Business Profile setup starts at USD 890 and takes two weeks. Every site we deliver is guaranteed to score 90 or more on PageSpeed on desktop and 80 or more on mobile, measured on launch day, and if it doesn't, we rebuild it at no cost.
