Relipa prioritizes efficient communication and addressing issues between the two teams through daily meetings and weekly progress summaries. Particularly, we are highly content with the CEO and CTO of Relipa for their enthusiastic involvement and guidance in recommending the optimal solutions.

At the beginning, the Relipa team encountered challenges in comprehending the extent of work required due to the geographical distance when our factory and warehouse are in another province, impeding effective communication. We've enlisted Relipa to handle the complete process of website development. Their responsibilities encompass everything from securing the website domain hosting and creating an intuitive UX/UI design to coding the back-end and transferring data. Our expectation is that this website will drive growth in terms of website traffic, customer base, and revenue.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Communication within the team was smooth without any challenges. Our assignments and deadlines were managed using the Notion application, ensuring that all team members could easily track the ongoing progress.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
We had some difficulty at first because I am a non-tech and the Relipa team seemed to provide me a complex wireframe, then I need more explanation than usual. The team changed into another basic wireframe for me so everything was fine. In general, we have nothing to complain about at all.
