Rekruuto

Rekruuto helps US businesses hire full-time, vetted professionals from the Philippines without the usual hiring headache.

We place virtual assistants, executive assistants, sales and customer support reps, bookkeepers, marketing assistants, graphic designers, video editors, Shopify developers, legal assistants and healthcare assistants. Our newest role is the Offshore AI Implementation Specialist. This is a full-time hire who builds your AI workflows, automations and agents with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, Make and n8n. It starts at $2,500/mo.

How it works: Tell us what you need. We introduce you to pre-vetted candidates. You interview and choose. Then you work together for a 1-week trial. If the hire isn't a fit, we find a replacement or refund your money. Most clients are up and running within 14 days.

Who we place: We accept the top 2% of applicants. Our professionals are university educated, with excellent spoken and written English and previous experience working with US companies. They work in your time zone, full-time and embedded in your team.

What's included: Most full-time roles are $1,800/mo. That covers healthcare insurance for your hire, payroll and compliance paperwork, NDAs, and regular check-ins from a dedicated account manager. There are no long-term contracts, and you can pause or cancel with 2 weeks' notice.

Who we work with: E-commerce brands, SaaS companies, agencies and professional-services firms. Our case studies include a housewares brand, a fulfillment company, a real-estate firm, a pre-construction permitting firm, a healthcare practice and a creative production platform.
