Describe your project in brief
We had three products to be built: a transfer protocol, an enterprise front-end portal, and a rate optimization engine. Remelda Technologies played a critical role throughout the product lifecycle—right from the creation of the TDDs/TRDs to setting up independent pipelines and dedicated squads for each product.
Their team demonstrated strong technical expertise in defining the tech stack, scaling the architecture to meet growing demands, and rapidly iterating to add features aligned with business needs. Their structured approach and deep involvement in testing and deployment ensured smooth rollouts and minimized production issues.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
One area that can be seen as a drawback—though it stems from a strength—is Remelda’s strict adherence to technical due diligence, including thorough documentation and process compliance. While this level of rigor adds long-term value and reduces risks, it can occasionally slow down delivery timelines, especially in fast-moving phases. That said, given the trade-offs, I’d still prefer this approach over cutting corners, as it ensures quality and maintainability in the long run.
