RevCloud Logics LLC is a US-registered revenue cycle management (RCM) and medical billing company. We help physician practices, clinics and healthcare groups get paid faster, with fewer denials and less administrative work. We are headquartered in Casper, Wyoming, and have dedicated back offices in Dubai (UAE) and Pakistan. We work as a fully integrated extension of each client’s practice.

We do not use a one-size-fits-all billing model. Every provider gets a dedicated, in-house-style team that manages the full revenue cycle: patient scheduling, insurance eligibility and benefits verification, charge entry, medical coding, claim submission, payment posting, denial management and accounts receivable follow-up. Our lead billers and coders have 10+ years of US healthcare experience and active CPC credentials, and every team member is HIPAA-certified.

We work directly inside the systems our clients already use, including eClinicalWorks, athenaOne, AdvancedMD and Kareo/Tebra, so existing workflows are not disrupted. Beyond core RCM, we run Chronic Care Management (CCM), Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) programs that open new revenue streams for practices. We also build custom AI workflow automation that removes repetitive front-office and billing tasks.

We serve practices across specialties, including internal medicine, psychiatry and behavioral health, and OB/GYN, primarily in the United States. We are also expanding into Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Our pricing is a transparent percentage of collections, so we only earn when our clients get paid.
