Rihef Software & Consulting

Rihef is a software and consulting company based in Istanbul, Turkey. We analyse how a business actually runs, then build the software it needs - from corporate websites and mobile apps to industrial and multi-tenant SaaS platforms. Our core team includes PhD-level mathematicians, so we treat every engagement as a full digital transformation project rather than a coding task.

We do two things. First, we build and operate our own SaaS products: OxyMenu (restaurant and cafe management with QR menu, ordering and POS integration), OxyFitClub (sports club membership, booking, online payment and QR turnstile access), OxyKeyPass (API-first digital access control, cloud or on-premise), OxyKonut (residential complex management, dues collection and access control), OxyCRM (LLM-based AI sales agent for WhatsApp and web), OxyKurumsal (digital agency services) and ilanlab (a listings and demand-matching marketplace). Seven products, live with paying customers, some running uninterrupted for over two years.

Second, we deliver client projects at corporate scale. We built the front end of an enterprise bulk SMS and e-mail platform used by organisations including Turkish Airlines and the Turkish Ministry of Health, a B2B platform for the construction industry with web and mobile apps, and multilingual corporate websites and native mobile apps across manufacturing, fitness, wellness and hospitality.
