Although it was a large-scale project with a large number of people for a long period of time, Rikkeisoft was active in solving problems. I was able to release it without delaying the delivery date. He gave me the productivity and output close to my hope. Despite the large-scale of the project with many team members over a long period, Rikkeisoft members worked on resolving issues diligently and completed the system release on time. Although we put a lot of pressure on them at the beginning due to the large-scale and high-risk of the project, they provided great productivity and deliverables that highly met with our expectations.
