One of the biggest changes since the website was developed is the number of customers. It definitely increased the visibility of Isadora Salon. I have an average of 25 leads per day and my marketing campaigns also are more successful with a fully functioning website. I update the images on the website regularly which helps my customers stay up to date with our services.
The overall flow of work was handled by the project manager. I would contact him for bi-weekly updates. Additionally, he would stay in touch in case I wanted any particular additions or changes to the design or faced a bug during use. The primary tools used for communication were Skype, Zoom, and Google Meet.
