What Users Like The Most

  • We're most impressed with their commitment to delivering what they promise and they were very autonomous in their project management; there was no need to monitor the engineer constantly. We went through sprint planning and assigned work to them, and they did everything independently. It was a pretty positive experience.

Rocket Development was highly responsive, proactive, and engaged throughout the process.

Rocket Development did very well. They are very responsive and always on hand in terms of being available as part of the weekly sprints that we ran. We ran sprints every two weeks, and they were very engaged in that process, which is good for us.

Project management-wise, Rocket Development was very proactive. They were able to understand our requirements and challenges, especially the pain points around at what point are we going to get out of an app so that we can test it initially and then coming back with obviously the bugs that we found. We did a lot of work around process improvements, looking at where the bottleneck is in our step and development process lifecycle.

We didn't have a car hire app at that moment. We wanted to build an app fairly rapidly using ruby, and one of my colleagues identified Rocket Development as a suitable candidate to be able to do just that.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The Rocket Development team is very high energy and had a good level of development skills. They were aware of trends and changes that were happening, especially with any iOS or Android release. They would then be able to understand what implications this had on the current app quickly, what we needed to change to ensure that we were making full use of the operating system, so that was very helpful.

Rocket Development built our web app, achieving high satisfaction and 80% patient improvement.

Rocket Development helped us build the web app we needed. Initially, they did some basic market research and asked to do some user and industry interviews. After that, they worked on the design phase, and they then built the software piece using Ruby as one of the main technologies.

Once we launched our clinical study, Rocket Development stayed with us and managed product updates and technical support. This process included interacting with patients and doing backend bug fixes. Basically, they provided us with a full-service design, development, and execution of this product.

We measured this project's success based on the trial results. Thanks to this product, we received incredibly positive feedback from users and great customer satisfaction scores. We also had really good exit interviews, and 80% of our patients told us that their disorder had extremely improved. Thus, we also achieved what we wanted to achieve from a patient perspective.

Exceptional Technical Execution

Everything they've done on a technical front has been exceptional; they have made a very simple UI for what is probably quite a complex product. We have three users; prescribers who have to log in and get one view effectively, pharmacies who have to log in and get another perspective, and our patients who log in and get more of a commercial view of the frontend. It has all been done, and I can't recommend them enough for what they have produced.

Everyone has been very impressed; we have to communicate on instant messaging between users and our pharmacists, which is in there too. Everyone gets through it perfectly independently, and there are no problems. Also, every bug has been dealt with quickly; they are extremely prompt to fix bugs, so everything works well.

Overall, I can say that they've been essential to us; we couldn't have done it without the breadth of structure that they have because what they provide is effective.

Rocket Development Resolves Complex Challenges with Dedication and a Positive Attitude

Rocket Development was assigned to investigate and fix our broken system. There was no documentation, old versions of Ruby & Rails, conflicting dependencies and many other issues that caused problems for our members. Their work has essentially fixed the key broken components, which has been instrumental and effective

As good as can be expected. I have no problems with how they work at all. In fact, they have work late, overtime, and under a lot of pressure, while always maintaining a good, positive attitude despite the fluid nature of the project and its requirements.

It also has integration with another Ruby eCommerce project.

I also was “thrown in the deep end” with this project and my lack of knowledge in managing an IT project such as this was made so much easier with the patience and perseverance of the team. Never have I experienced such a fantastic commitment to the tasks at hand.

100% Perfection

We had several meetings to discuss the scope of the project based on the requirements and wireframes provided by us. Rocket Development team started with the design and after it has been approved they continued with the app development which started with iOS and followed by Android.

Hardworking and proactive team with great experience

Their team is genuine and operates with integrity. Their willingness to make adjustments to the staff working on our projects proves their commitment to the success of our work.
