The project manager was highly professional and very easy to communicate with. They were deeply involved in achieving the project's goals and responded quickly to urgent matters. We had frequent direct communication and notably, there was excellent interaction with their technical team. Everything they've done on a technical front has been exceptional; they have made a very simple UI for what is probably quite a complex product. We have three users; prescribers who have to log in and get one view effectively, pharmacies who have to log in and get another perspective, and our patients who log in and get more of a commercial view of the frontend. It has all been done, and I can't recommend them enough for what they have produced. Everyone has been very impressed; we have to communicate on instant messaging between users and our pharmacists, which is in there too. Everyone gets through it perfectly independently, and there are no problems. Also, every bug has been dealt with quickly; they are extremely prompt to fix bugs, so everything works well. Overall, I can say that they've been essential to us; we couldn't have done it without the breadth of structure that they have because what they provide is effective.

Rocket Development was assigned to investigate and fix our broken system. There was no documentation, old versions of Ruby & Rails, conflicting dependencies and many other issues that caused problems for our members. Their work has essentially fixed the key broken components, which has been instrumental and effective As good as can be expected. I have no problems with how they work at all. In fact, they have work late, overtime, and under a lot of pressure, while always maintaining a good, positive attitude despite the fluid nature of the project and its requirements.

We have launched the product and it is being used by our customers. The communication has been very effective, including weekly calls, direct conversations on and emails. The Rocket Development team was really involved in achieving the goals and provided all the necessary technical support. In all the timelines have been reached and everything that has been requested was delivered.

We have had a few changes in staffing with our IT support team over the course of our relationship, however the new team members were able to ramp up quickly and contribute immediately - with little impact on our business. Workflow was effective with the use of our project management platform effectively monitoring and assigning work.

Once we went live with the revamped dashboards we certainly see a great improvement in the adoption of these. The feedback from the stakeholders was that the dashboards were self explanatory.
