Roo Tech Services is a veteran-owned managed IT and cybersecurity provider based in Knoxville, Tennessee. Founded in 2018 by U.S. Marine Corps veteran Shannon Jones, we help small and mid-sized businesses across East Tennessee keep their technology running and their data protected, without needing an in-house IT department.

We protect our clients in three layers. The first is the network: managed firewalls, reliable Wi-Fi and 24/7 monitoring. The second is the devices: patching, endpoint detection and response, and tested backups. The third is the people: email filtering, multi-factor sign-in and security awareness training. Day to day, we provide help desk support, Microsoft 365 management and IT consulting, and we come onsite across the Knoxville area when a problem needs hands on it. We also partner with in-house IT teams to fill gaps and add security depth.

Our clients include healthcare practices, construction and restoration contractors, manufacturers and distributors, and professional offices.
