Rotanix Solutions Lab is a founder-led software engineering and applied-AI firm in New Jersey. We help organizations put AI to work in real business processes, build custom web and mobile applications, and modernize legacy systems without disrupting the people who rely on them.

Dr. Dmitry Nikelshpur founded the firm after more than 20 years architecting and leading enterprise technology programs at firms including Cigna/Evernorth, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Moody's, much of it in regulated environments (HIPAA, PCI, Basel). His doctorate in computing from Pace University focused on neural networks, so our AI work is grounded in how these models actually behave.

Clients work directly with the founder, supported by a small team and trusted specialist partners. Engagements start with a short discovery phase and move in focused build stages, so you see results early and keep control of scope and budget. We serve small and mid-size businesses, enterprises and public-sector agencies, and we build our own products, including K-9 Handler Academy, an AI-powered training app for dog handlers.
