The one meeting SalesHive delivered was with a prospect entirely outside our ICP: a consultant at an implementation firm in the same space we sell into. Basic research would have disqualified them.

Our experience in March 2026 matches the other reviews on this page almost exactly. Wrong targeting, untrained callers, no quality control, and no accountability when confronted with documented failures.
We provided thorough ICP documentation before launch. Our SDR used the wrong company name from day one. The calling script was built for the wrong CRM platform and ran uncorrected for 13 calling days until we caught it ourselves. The one meeting they booked was with a prospect clearly outside our stated ICP.
When we terminated, they refused any refund and threatened financial action. We asked about negative reviews before signing and were told it was old leadership. It was not.

When we terminated and requested a refund, SalesHive refused, denied any breach, and threatened to pursue "all steps to protect their financial interests" if we continued to press the matter. Before signing, we asked SalesHive directly about negative reviews and were told they reflected old leadership. Our experience matched those reviews exactly. We would not recommend this service to anyone.
