Sasa Teguh

Sasa Teguh is a web and AI studio in Perak, Malaysia, founded in 2026 by Aiman Malib. We build websites and business systems that help small businesses and schools get found on Google, Maps and in AI answers such as ChatGPT and Gemini, and then run their work with less manual effort.

Every site we build is bilingual (Bahasa Melayu and English), fast on mobile and structured so search engines and AI assistants can understand and cite it. Our systems run every day: e-Pengurusan Sekolah, a co-curriculum and reporting system used by more than 20 schools; Sistem Tempahan, room booking used by schools and a university student council; HomestayPro, direct-booking pages for homestays; and sales, ERP and AI video tools for a solar retailer in Perak.

We also build and operate our own products: Repx tracks how a business appears in AI answers, Vexx runs scheduled website security scans, and Cutt edits talking-head videos with Claude. We run AI and Excel workshops in Bahasa Melayu so teams can keep improving on their own.

Sasa Teguh has three divisions: Digital (websites and systems), Growth (content and lead systems) and Records (an independent label for original instrumental music).
