ScaleWise VA

ScaleWise VA runs the day-to-day of Shopify stores: orders and order exceptions, customer support, product listings, inventory, supplier follow-ups and ads. We are a team of ten in Islamabad, Pakistan, trained in-house on our own written procedures, with a manager over the work, and we work with every time zone our stores are in: US, UK, European and Australian. The company is registered as ScaleWise VA LLC in Wyoming, USA.

We also build and redesign Shopify stores. For Mistfall, a US essentials brand, we redesigned a store that was already trading without taking it offline, and now run its 156 products across eight collections every week. For BdeBoda, a Spanish wedding brand, we run the store day to day, including a personalised-product catalogue where every name and date on an order is checked before production.

A new store takes 14 days to onboard: a 30-minute call, an audit of your admin, apps and inbox, written procedures for every recurring task, a shadow week, then handover. After that you get a weekly check-in, and every hour is logged in Tarly, the time tracker we built for our own team. Customer support replies go out within 4 hours. If an assistant does not work out, Fast Rematch moves your store to another trained assistant within 48 hours.

Clients rate us 4.9 from 17 reviews on Fiverr and 5.0 on Upwork, and we hold the Pinterest Certified Media Buyer credential. Hourly VA rates start at $4 an hour; store operations and builds are quoted after a 30-minute call. Month to month, with two weeks' notice.
