What is the story behind starting this company?
Basically, I, Muhammad Junaid is passionate about Search Marketing, so I started this website for SEO Blogging. After a while, I introduced Digital Marketing Services.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We are working as Freelance Digital Marketing Company and our employees work as a team. They work from home but we have fixed timings so they all available from 10 am to 4 pm.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We are not an ordinary digital marketing agency who are offering cheap services. We only focus on the quality of work and provides data-driven results.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
More than 70% of customers are e-commerce based (online stores) and 30% are service-based. We cater to many industries like car-rentals, beauty products, computer hardware parts, leather products, real estates, academic writing, lawyers, and many others.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
1st we consult with the customers and discuss their needs in detail.
2nd we perform a website audit that included technical and competitors both.
3rd we give our recommendations, suggestions, and guide them to make changes or upgrade their tools, equipment and etc.
4th we build strategy, work plan, costing, and budgeting.
5th after approval from the client-side, we execute working as per the plan.
6th we monitor each task, meet timelines and resolve issues.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We do not use any support suit software. Online chat, email inquiry, and live call support are available 24 x 7.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Our clients are using different packages some clients paid us the whole amount in two installments, some customers hired us on a monthly payment basis, and some clients used our services one time so we charge accordingly. We send an electronic invoice with our terms and conditions. Our customers pay us via an online banking system.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
It depends on the client’s requirements my services charges are fixed but they may vary because of customer’s requirements.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
Like we mentioned above but mostly we cater to projects between $400 to $800 in 2020.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
In the next 10 years, we want to see our company in Fortune 500 companies.
