Shispare provided me a Scrum team to a custom warehouse management system for my largest client. The team consisted of front-end and back-end developers, quality assurance, scrum master, and product owner.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Professionalism, design-first approach before writing the code.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

The timezone differences could be challenging but the team worked later in the evening to align with part of the US time zones.
