The mission of SITEK is to work closely with our customers to develop cost-effective, high-quality solutions through innovation to address global business challenges. Rapid developments in information technologies inspire us to address our customers’ complex business issues with our strategic solutions. We continue our focus on innovation to improve our customers’ business processes, and we design our products and services around customer requirements.

Our strategy is to select the best resources available and train each person for specific projects providing the best coverage of resources for the customer, personnel development planning, and continued education. This process provides our customer the option to either hire this resource internally ensuring seamless and successful continuity (i.e., the resource who developed the application) and contributes to the state's efforts to create jobs within the Commonwealth, or keep the resource retained on the project via a consulting services agreement.

Sitek has nurtured strong relationships with the Commonwealth of Kentucky colleges and universities to hire and place candidates who can become senior consultants and programmers. SITEK is a member of EKU’s Advisory Board for the School of Computer Science. We're proud to contribute to our local economy thru these university partnerships and have made this a key development focus of our overall business strategy.
