The transportation industry has long faced challenges when it comes to communication and management. Drivers often rely on Zalo groups, leading to inefficiencies in coordinating schedules and orders. The majority of communications are cluttered with spam messages, and manual approval processes result in frequent errors. Additionally, manual accounting systems delay revenue reporting, leaving drivers with incomplete information until the end of the day.

Solution:

Developed to solve those pain points, Northern Vehicles is an innovative application designed to improve efficiency and transparency in the transportation sector. In just two weeks since its launch, the app attracted 1,000 users, proving its immediate impact.

Tech Stack:

All our backend services were hosted under a Kubernetes cluster to ensure security and scalability. We used MongoDB as the database and Kafka as our message queue. Regarding mobile apps, we used ReactNative to develop mobile applications for Android and iOS. We also utilized Google Maps to display the route between the pickup location and the destination.
