Sobot has completely transformed how we manage client communication. It has reduced response times dramatically, freeing up our team to focus on more complex tasks. We approached Sobot to help us create the POC of our Dynamic Risk Engine. Initially, there were some problems, but they figured them out. They’ve improved, and now they're doing really well with project management. They use an internal project management tool; we use Slack and Microsoft Teams to communicate.

The results from our collaboration with Sobot have been extremely positive. One of the most significant outcomes was the reduction in response times. With the chatbot handling common questions, our team could focus on more complex issues without feeling overwhelmed by a flood of routine inquiries. Sobot has been instrumental in developing our new React Native mobile application and is actively aiding us in scaling our platform from an internal tool to a SaaS white-label solution. We are eager to see how our partnership evolves and the new opportunities it brings.

Sobot successfully transitioned the app to the new environment and connected it to an administrative portal. Sobot excelled at project management with weekly meetings, Slack notifications, and email updates. Their technical expertise and ability to clearly explain technical terms stood out.We engaged Sobot to perform an initial code audit and transition our app BetPals from the original developer. The second phase of the project was to redesign the user experience on the app and rebuild the app to improve the functionality and remove errors identified in the first release. As part of this project, Sobot set-up our AWS environment. Sobot did a great job on the project management. They set-up weekly catch-up meetings to allow us to monitor the project and respond to questions. Team members updated us daily using Slack and notified us of any blockers to continue the project. Additional emails were also set when additional information was needed.

Sobot efforts, the client has seen improved delivery speed and bug fixes. The team manages the project transparently, demonstrates availability, and quickly pivots if a replacement is needed. Overall, sobot's ability to learn and deliver quickly is a hallmark of their performance. The project management was fairly transparent. Our org could provide project details only in a piecemeal way & it was crucial for any vendors coming on to be able to pivot and change course quickly. The PMs were always available and were ready with weekly & bi-monthly updates and statuses. As our interaction progressed with the team members, some were not a good fit. The team was able to pivot quickly and find a replacement
