This approach has been great and alleviates the stress of wondering what's going to happen. We use Zoom, Slack, and email to communicate, as well as Jira and Confluence for project planning. We've achieved great results that we're very happy with, which is the reason we now have an ongoing relationship with sobot. If their work weren't good, we wouldn't have continued the engagement. However, it has made sense to continue working with them from a business standpoint, and we're happily working together. They like our team, and we love their team, too.
