Soft Clerk

Founded in 2024, Soft Clerk helps founders and operations teams turn ideas and manual processes into working software. We take on startup MVPs and multi-tenant SaaS platforms, custom CRM and ERP systems, and API integrations, mostly in Next.js, TypeScript, Python and PostgreSQL. Our AI work focuses on practical use: support chatbots, custom AI agents, document search with RAG, and WhatsApp or Telegram assistants connected to the tools a business already uses. We also build Playwright browser automations and web scraping pipelines for lead, price and market data. Past projects include Classified Billing, an invoicing SaaS delivered in eight weeks, and InfoOkay, an AI-powered business directory covering more than 50,000 companies. Work runs in short sprints with staging previews, and every service includes a 30-day warranty.
