We were in search of building an internal software that aligned perfectly with our business model as a sports apparel company - serving B2B and B2C. Our product & services to our customers are very tailored to their needs, so we were solving the problem of not needing to rely on multiple different softwares that do not speak to each other. In working with Soft Radix, Prateek, Pradeep, and their team - we were able to turn our vision into a reality. Their team was available whenever we wanted to meet, even with different time zones. In addition, clarity and transparency around timing, cost, expectations, etc. were at the forefront of how Soft Radix communicated with us.
