A digital sharing platform. I wanted them to develop a platform that is user friendly online and for building CRM. They over-delivered and we are currently working on V2.

Response time is second to non. They action any issues within minute san highly communicate.
Collaboration is par excellence. They work as part of a team with you and they ensure they are meeting your goals and needs
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Development does at times take longer than expected. However the trade off is they deliver over and above and dont have hidden costs.
