Describe your project in brief
We needed (based on client demands) convert some existing windows based financial application systems to be web-based. SoftEdge did the conversion and testing of the final product, which has been in the field now for over 4 years and has been very stable. Since the original conversion, they have helped us to add many new features and make several major changes to the design of the product.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Communication has always been top-notch. Even when COVID shut offices down across the world, it was like nothing happened we didnt skip a beat.
Their knowledge of different platforms and technologies is excellent. When we need to implement something new, they have ideas on the best way to go.
More than willing to work with us with our SOC-mandated processes regarding Application Change Management, security, etc.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Our dev. group is very big on in-line documenting of our code, at times they have not done this to the level I would like, but we are working on it.
