Working with Michael is in the top 1% of any experience my company has had with hundreds of developers. He is a leader with good judgement, highly technical, very kind and as honest as they come. I don't think I could recommend anyone more highly.

The technical abilities were of the highest caliber, but architecturally and feature suggestions saved a lot of money and time. I have a software development background and the end results we achieve are in the top echelon of any system I've been involved with.

We developed a CRM, communications, and life insurance sales platform. Customers can get real-time quotes and purchase insurance, all without working with an agent.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

There are a lot of judgement calls when building a startup. Michael has so much experience and good judgement that we trust him unconditionally. Any project that he is involved with is going to be built properly.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Due to the international challenges that face the banking system, we had to make some adjustments. It wasn't that big of a deal.

Furthermore, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism while working in a dynamic startup environment. They were really agile and proactive.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Their performance was outstanding from start to finish. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be slightly more prompt communication towards the end of the project. Nevertheless, their overall responsiveness was impressive.
