Solution Minds Consulting

Solution Minds Consulting (SMC) is a 100% independent ERP, enterprise software and AI advisory firm. Since 2006 we have guided mid-market and large organisations across Australia and New Zealand through digital transformation. We take no vendor commissions and have no reseller partnerships, so our advice is always on the client’s side. Our services cover enterprise systems strategy and roadmaps, business process improvement, ERP and software selection, implementation planning and assurance, vendor negotiation, licence management, and AI strategy and governance. With 750+ process and systems improvement projects delivered, we work with clients in government, mining, construction, health, aged care, education and manufacturing.
