Spark Advertising is a marketing agency in Natick, Massachusetts, just outside Boston, built around AI. Our senior team has worked together for more than 20 years. Each specialist runs AI agents built for their own discipline, which lets a lean team carry the work of a much bigger one. The agents draft and research. A person makes the call on everything that ships, so nothing reads like a machine wrote it.

Every client gets a dedicated AI system loaded with their brand guide, voice rules and the history of what they approved and rejected, so a first draft starts where a generic one would end. Every two weeks you hear from the person who did the work, with the traffic, sales and conversion numbers in hand. There is no account manager in the middle.

We cover eight areas: brand and identity, web and tech (sites, apps, ecommerce and integrations), SEO and generative engine optimization, paid media (search, social, programmatic, OOH and connected TV), email, SMS and loyalty, video and content, retail merchandising and sales enablement. Work runs as a fixed price project, time and materials, or a monthly retainer. When we run paid media, you pay the platforms directly. We never mark up ad spend or take a cut.

The results have names on them. NRG Tree arrived with capital and no name. We named the company, built a platform that prices a solar install from satellite imagery, and helped it reach millions in revenue within two years. For Cognex we built a global website, customer portal and two mobile apps in 16 languages. DreamGlass, a smart glass maker selling across Europe and the Middle East, went from 5 to 227 organic leads a month. Lowkey, a Boston dispensary, went from zero to more than $160K a month.
