car service that provides service stations, tire fitting, and other car maintenance services. The car service is located at the intersection of 3 small towns with a population.After a meeting with a client who already used a marketing agency, a goal was formed - to receive 250 leads per month. A lead is a unique call, a unique callback, and a submitted form on the site.

When opening access and analysis of Google Ads advertising campaigns, the Splyno agency divided the goal of 250 leads into 2 stages:

The first stage, the achievement of 150 leads in 1 month of work.
The second stage, reaching 250 leads in 2 months of work.

Problem:

Reach 150 leads in the first month of work. A lead is a unique call, a unique callback, and a submitted form on the site.

Decision:

  • Checking the operation of the call tracking service and importing goals into Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads.
  • Google Ads optimization:
  • Redistributing the budget to more effective campaigns.
  • Optimization of inefficient campaigns.
  • Disabling and reworking campaigns that don't pay off at all.
  • Launching an ad in Meta Ads on a ledger form.

What worked best:

  • Advertising by competitors.
  • Perfomance Max campaigns and individual search engines also work well.
  • Advertising on Google Maps works very well.
  • Advertising in Meta also gave results, but the price of the lead is 20% more than in Google Ads advertising. Therefore, at the time of writing the case, most of the budget is allocated to Google Ads.

Result:

After 31 days of work, the result is 168 leads.

Also, the client solved the problem that he had with previous agencies - these are calls from other regions. It should also be noted separately that leads do not count applications and calls for tire fitting, because the price of such a lead is less than $2.
