Stratagem Systems

Stratagem Systems is a software studio founded in Houston, Texas, in 2023 by Savaş Tutumlu and now run from Istanbul. We build custom business software, manufacturing ERP, AI and computer-vision tools, web applications and iOS apps for clients in Türkiye, the United States and Canada.

Recent work includes a 16-module manufacturing ERP for SPSTARPLAST with LOGO ERP integration, AI homework marking and answer-sheet grading for Erkan Ulu Schools in Istanbul, Google Ads API automation for a healthcare practice, and four apps published on the App Store.

How we work: every project starts with a free 15-minute call, followed by a written proposal with scope, milestones, acceptance criteria and one fixed price. Payments follow milestones (30% to start, 40% at the midpoint, 30% on completion). You talk directly to the engineer who builds your software, changes are priced in writing before work starts, and at handover you own the code, database and hosting accounts. Support after launch runs month to month with no long-term contract.

Tech stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, SwiftUI, React Native, PyTorch and the Google Ads API.
