StrategyTec Consulting Inc. is a Japan-based consulting and software delivery company that helps overseas companies launch and manage IT/DX projects for the Japanese market.
We support localization, PoC/MVP development, requirements definition, bilingual PMO, stakeholder coordination, and software delivery in Japan. Our role is to bridge global teams and Japan-side stakeholders, helping clients move projects forward from early discussion to implementation.
