Straticom AI is led by Chris Homer, who spent 30 years at global pharmaceutical companies spanning sales and cross-functional leadership, strategic and key account management, contract negotiation, project management, market access, marketing, sales training and resource development, a top performer in every role who earned numerous national, team and peer-recognition awards along the way, including being selected as the first field-based Digital Dexterity Champion worldwide for everyday AI adoption. He holds the Microsoft Certified AI Transformation Leader and CompTIA Security+ credentials, completed AI strategy programs at Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management and MIT Sloan, and earned his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Arizona.
