Review Summary

Studio Graphene were selected to build a full eCommerce site and C2C Marketplace for our beauty business. The work delivered was 8 months late and completely substandard. The Marketplace was never launched due to the poor quality of the design, functionality and limitations of the plugins recommended. The e-commerce site was delivered full of bugs, glitches and has the speed of a website from the 1990's. Utterly disappointed with the quality of the deliverables and we are currently taking legal action to recover the money paid for this project as they have accepted no responsibility for their failures.

Studio Graphene were selected to build a full eCommerce site and C2C Marketplace for our beauty business. Unfortunately, what they delivered was completely substandard, and very late.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Account managers were thorough in their approach and pleasant to deal with

Project started off well with what seemed like a good amount of knowledge and reccommendations

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Didn't accept any responsibility for their failures and believe the deliverables are up to standard

Bad recommendations on the platform (Wordpress) and the amount of plugins used

Project over ran by at least 8 months and the end product is substandard
