Shaped works with defense and government organisations, critical infrastructure operators, and regulated industries. We run workshops, prototype early, and test with real users before we scale, because proving value fast is the shortest path to actual transformation. Our work spans UX and product strategy, digital product development, and agentic AI architecture. 

We help organizations clarify what they should build and why. We analyze processes, journeys and touchpoints, then turn them into clear product decisions, narrative flows and prototypes that teams can actually move forward with.

We do this in environments where workflows are safety-critical and users operate under pressure: defense planning tools, government platforms, energy dispatch systems, and industrial operations.
