1 MONTH TO LAUNCH MVP FOR A PRODUCT THAT HAS NEVER BEEN ON THE MARKET? 🏢🚀
That was the challenge that Sunshine team received when joining hands with Angia Residence to build Roomrise - Multi-channel real estate management platform (Multi-OTA).
People often think that making software is giving description A, receiving result A. But the reality of startups is much more fierce:
🌪️ Completely new ideas, no one has done it to learn.
🌪️ OTA operations are super complicated, changing their minds "like eating" to please the market.
How to race against time without getting caught up in paperwork "reviewing and re-reviewing"?
👉 Sunshine chose to "play the role" completely! We apply the Labo model, turning the Sunshine team into "family" of Roomrise:
✅ Dev brothers sit and brainstorm directly with the customer's Sales/Operations team.
✅ If there is any unreasonable UX, they propose to fix it immediately, without waiting for orders.
✅ After coding, test, after testing, release. Fix any mistakes, as long as the product is released as quickly as possible!
🔥 Result: After exactly 01 month, the first version of Roomrise was born, helping customers operate assets and optimize profits immediately.
