Before working with SylJo Tech, our real estate business had the usual scattered setup — a basic website, leads coming in through different channels with no real system to manage them, and no consistent digital marketing pushing new business our way. They rebuilt our website to convert visitors, built an AI chatbot that engages property inquiries in real time and qualifies leads before they reach our sales team, layered in automation to move those leads through our internal process without manual bottlenecks, and ran digital marketing to keep new traffic and inquiries flowing consistently. The result is that leads move through a system actually built around how our business sells property. What impressed us most was how well the pieces worked together.

Working with SylJo Tech on this project felt different from a typical vendor engagement. As a Christian Businessmen Fellowship Pakistan, we needed a partner who could translate a fairly informal, relationship-driven organization into something with real digital infrastructure—without losing the spirit of what we do. Sylvester and his team delivered on that in a way that went beyond the original brief. On the digital marketing side, they helped us think through how CBFP should present itself and communicate consistently, rather than just handing us a few social posts. On the technical side, they built out an AI-supported system to help with our internal operations, alongside proper software infrastructure—documentation standards, a full activity calendar spanning the year, and clearer processes for how work gets tracked and handed off. These are the kinds of things a growing NGO needs but rarely has the in-house expertise to build well.
