T&M Consultants designs, builds, and runs AI voice agents, chatbots, and workflow automation for founders and small businesses, backed by Fractional CTO and full-stack product delivery. We tell you straight what is worth building, ship it in weeks, and stay on to keep it working.

Our work spans AI education platforms, medical image analysis run in production for years, autonomous AI agents, analytics copilots, and a payments platform later acquired by a US-listed company. Registered in the UK with a delivery team in Pakistan, we serve clients across the UK, US, Gulf, and beyond.

Our Story:

AI is not new to us. Long before it became a headline, our founder was publishing machine learning research and building intelligent systems that actually had to work. T&M Consultants grew out of that. We are a small team that treats AI as engineering, not magic, and we have spent over a decade turning research into software businesses rely on every day.

We started with a simple frustration. Too many companies were sold technology they did not need, by people who profited from building more of it. So we built T&M around the opposite incentive. We tell founders straight what is worth building, ship it in weeks, and stay accountable after launch. When AI is the wrong tool, we say so.

Our mission is to put serious technical capability within reach of founders and small businesses, not just the companies that can afford a full engineering department. Our vision is simple: a small business should be able to answer every call, capture every booking, and automate its busywork with systems as capable as the ones big companies run.

We are also a social enterprise at heart. We recruit talented graduates from underprivileged backgrounds and train them on real client work, and we build our own products for social impact, including a telemedicine platform improving healthcare access in emerging economies.
