Talkr

Talkr was founded in 2016 and founder Ben Wyand has been working with teams in
North Macedonia since 2012. While Ben was working for a London based tech startup (Coniq) the business suddenly won a number of large clients and needed to expand its support and service teams quickly. After researching the various options Ben decided to build a team in North Macedonia and was soon amazed at how quickly he had hired a really high quality team that were able to scale as the demand increased. After hearing some horror stories of companies struggling with fast growth Ben decided to leave his role and set up Talkr where he, and the team around him, is now helping others build successful remote teams.
