TAOS Software & AI

TAOS Software & AI is an AI product studio based in Kadikoy, Istanbul. Tanju Mutlu (business development and product) and Osman Can Esa (software architecture) founded it in 2026, and the name is made from their two names.

We build AI-powered software for two groups. Agencies work with us on a white-label basis: we develop websites, admin panels, mobile apps and AI features for their clients, and the work is delivered under the agency's brand. Mid-sized companies work with us to automate repetitive processes and to bring scattered information into one place. Our services include workflow automation and AI integration, company memory (a knowledge system that answers questions and shows the source document for each answer), custom software and mobile app development.

We use what we recommend: our own company memory, sales follow-up and daily reports run on systems we built. Each project has a written scope, a timeline and a fixed price agreed before work begins, and if the work takes longer than we estimated, that cost is ours. Engagements start with a five-day discovery ($600, credited to the build); single-workflow builds start at $2,000.
