Techcare was founded in 2008 by Karl Frankham. The business began as a mobile and laptop repair shop, and overtime grew into a fully-fledged Managed IT Services Provider. Techcare now provides IT support, cybersecurity, IT consultancy, and network installation services, and specialised in the construction industry.

We pride ourselves on our excellence customer service, with an average customer satisfaction score of 4.8/5. Techcare was shortlisted for the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce Excellence in Customer Service Award 2025, and won the Cannock Chase Small Business of the Year Award 2025. Techcare was also listed as a NextGen MSP and as one of the UKs top 50 Best Managed IT Providers.
